Why I Do This Work: Because Healing Is Possible

I do this because I know healing is possible. I believe in the inner healer inside each of us. I know what it’s like to feel stuck and what it’s like to find a way forward.

When conventional medicine failed me, hypnotherapy saved me. Years ago, I developed a severe and painful skin condition that left me desperate for relief. I tried everything—dermatology, antibiotics, acupuncture, and homeopathy. Nothing worked.

Then I discovered a book describing the connection between emotional states and skin health, complete with a self-hypnosis protocol. I had never tried hypnosis before, but something inside me whispered: try. So I did.

I practiced self-hypnosis three times a day. Six weeks later, the pain was gone. Six months later, my skin had completely cleared.

That experience didn’t just heal my body—it opened a path. Over time, self-hypnosis helped me process deep emotions, regulate my nervous system, become more grounded and patient, and navigate major life transitions with greater calm. It was the beginning of a profound transformation that ultimately led me to guide others on their own healing journeys.

Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy Education

When I decided to train professionally, I sought out the most comprehensive and reputable program available: the Hypnotherapy Academy of America (HAA). HAA is the only hypnotherapy training program in the U.S. with methods validated through research funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

My Training Includes:

  • Over 500 hours of advanced clinical Hypnotherapy training
  • Rigorous curriculum emphasizing medical support hypnosis
  • Therapeutic depth and ethical, evidence-based practice
